the yellow vs brown mustard comment reminds me of a Jack Handy quote:

Brown mustard. no one would say yellow. except maybe changa.
I'm okay with either. As long as it's not ketchup. Ketchup should only be used in three instances: (1) at murder scenes to give forensics teams a chuckle (2) as a base in some barbaque sauces, but not all... okay, there are only 2.
